Sarah Colyn Scholl is a queer eclectic artist working primarily in the medium of visual art, installation, and performance. Freedom and play is the life of Sarah’s work; they believe in an artistic centered future that offers living, breathing art to the rigged structures set. Originally from Houston TX, now based in Brooklyn NY, Sarah studied at Sarah Lawrence College where they received their MFA in theatre making. Some recent credits include the creation of In the Presence of Monsters, a site-specific piece developed and performed in Bomarzo and Rome, Italy. The development of Ancient Future, a misadventure musical looking at art and activism over time, created by the company To Rena Love Us, witch Sarah is a core member of. And the workshop production of An Easy Guide to Time Management, a surreal puppet piece about geology and apocalyptic theory.
